Sadly, everyone will run into a scam dating site at one point. That’s something that just comes with the territory, but fortunately, we really know how to spot UK scam dating sites.
We’re going to teach you.
Most good sites are going to have site administrators to keep the site from falling down into the depths of scammer-infested hell, but that’s not always the case. A bad site just isn’t going to care.
Sites without these admins are going to be covered in scam bots, cam girls, and escorts. They’re going to be cluttered with fake profiles, usually using stolen photographs.
These are the kinds of sites that immediately upon accessing them, will have a ton of boobs and butts thrown into your face. That’s really not conducive for dating online.
They just don’t work.
The thing about scam sites is that no one cares about you getting a date. They just want you to sign up, and they’ll often lie and scam you to make you give them your money.
A dating site has to advertise to both sexes in order to actually work, and scam sites really aren’t going to do that. They’re only going to be geared towards men, and that means no woman is going to join.
You also really need to avoid sites that are just covered in cam girls. This is a sure fire warning sign that nothing is going to get done on here; they won’t date you.
Watch out for the bait and switch.
This is the most common scam we end up seeing. The bait and switch routine shows you a lot of fake profiles of girls in your area, and then upon joining, they mysteriously change locations.
Any scam like this is a really big clue that the site is horrible. If you can avoid this as well as the others we’ve listed, you’ll probably be golden…but just remember to always be careful.
